The Non-Profit

Scatti e Arte Galleria is a company controlled by the non-profit Associazione ARTimi with the following purpose:

The non-profit is apolitical. It aims to promote and encourage the knowledge and practice, development and dissemination of cultural activities related to the world of images, photography and art in its broadest sense.

In particular, it promotes knowledge of photography, photographic production, exhibitions, meetings and events related to the above. The non-profit promotes and encourages all forms of activity in the field of images, photography and art in its broadest sense by carrying out propaganda, organizing and implementing all those activities that can be useful, profitable or advantageous for the dissemination of knowledge and practice of images, photography and art in its broadest sense, in all its forms. The non-profit may promote and organize cultural activities, periodic meetings between members, organize musical and theatrical shows and entertainment, organize cultural trips, produce editorial products of any kind, serve drinks and food exclusively to members, and generally promote any initiative that contributes to the achievement of the social purpose.

The non-profit may receive contributions and subsidies of any kind from public and private bodies, may carry out economic and financial activities that are deemed useful for achieving the social purpose.

To this end, it may collect advertising contributions, organize any type of event, festival and conference, as well as courses, individual technical and practical lessons or conferences and meetings, including paid ones, aimed at all those who wish to have an approach to the world of images, photography and art in its broadest sense.

In carrying out these activities and to achieve its institutional purposes, the non-profit makes use mainly of the voluntary and free work of its members, but may also make use of collaborators, professionals and external companies that are not necessarily associated.

The non-profit may also join with other committees, non-profits or associations with similar or related corporate purpose to achieve the corporate purpose.
